This can occur during the login process. Please try the following before reaching out to the CRO or MICK-MAGMA support team:
Clear all the cookies in your browser related to websites containing the names mick or domus
Try to log in via a different browser. In our experience Google Chrome is the best browser to use

If this is the case, please refresh the page to check that the data is indeed not being correctly saved.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the PARR-TB MICK-MAGMA support team who will then escalate the issue to the platform developers.
