Troubleshooting technical issues

  • This can occur during the login process. Please try the following before reaching out to the CRO or MICK-MAGMA support team:

    1. Clear all the cookies in your browser related to websites containing the names mick or domus

    2. Try to log in via a different browser. In our experience Google Chrome is the best browser to use

  • If this is the case, please refresh the page to check that the data is indeed not being correctly saved.

    If the issue persists, please reach out to the PARR-TB MICK-MAGMA support team who will then escalate the issue to the platform developers.
